V-BAND FLANGE. Mild steel flange TIG welded to Stainless Transition, Stainless Transition, 304SS, 3″ OD transitioned to 60mm (commonly found on end of stock downpipe or beginning of exhaust system on FWD/Quattro Transverse 2.0T exhaust system). Also fits exhaust clamp found on end of cat on many 60mm diameter systems.
